Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Life Groups by WordComm, you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and other material on the app are owned by Word Community Church, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the material without our explicit permission.
User Content
You are responsible for any content you post or share on the app. You grant Word Community Church, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display such content.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
